Who we are
A Southern California sub since 1980
We've been cutting concrete and tearing things out in this market for 46 years. Same yard, same trade, same customers coming back. Over that time we brought each piece of the work in house — the saws, the core rigs, the skid steers, the breakers and the trucks — so a general contractor can hand us the whole scope instead of stitching together four subcontractors and hoping their schedules line up. That includes the calls nobody plans for — the failed inspection, the broken line, the thing found behind a wall at four in the afternoon.
Everything in house
Cutting, coring, grinding, demolition, excavation, hauling and labor are all ours. No brokered work, no surprise second sub showing up on your job.
Owned equipment
Our saws, rigs, machines and trucks live in our yard and get maintained there. We aren't calling a rental house when your job hits the schedule.
When you're in a bind
Nights, weekends and emergency call-outs. Our iron sits in our own yard, so short-notice work is a real answer instead of a maybe.
Local knowledge
Four and a half decades in the same market. We know the inspectors, the traffic, the parking, and what it takes to get a saw into a downtown basement.
Safety
Paperwork ready, crews trained
Superintendents care about two things: that nobody gets hurt, and that the documents are in the file before the crew hits the gate. We handle both.
Licensed and insured
Fully licensed and insured in California. Certificates of insurance and additional insured endorsements go out for your project file on request.
Site-specific compliance
We work to your site safety plan and show up with the orientation, badging and documentation your superintendent needs.
Trained crews
Crews trained to current industry safety standards and procedures for cutting, breaking and equipment operation.
